Tender Security: 300000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Similar Nature works of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 Lacs.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3.00 Crore in the last 5 (five) years.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW2(a)-3 of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.00 Crore.
6. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 90.00 lacs.
7. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Up-to-date Valid Trade License & VAT Registration Certificate,ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
(iii) Only submitted Payment Certificate will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
(iv) The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works.
