(d) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 22 Lac.
(e) The Tenderers must submit with their Tender VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provided by the Government of Bangladesh. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(f) The procuring entity has the right to receive or reject any part or all of the tender.
