* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7851666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 23555000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7851666 ~ 23555000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years of Construction Works.
(b). The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under the public sector shall be at least two (02) contracts [Conservation Works/Building Repair/ Renovation work] completed within the last 03 years., with a combined value of at least Tk. 50 lac, and no individual contract shall be less than Tk. 25 lac in value.
(c). The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be greater than Tk [40 Lac] over the last [03] financial years.
(d). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [50 Lac].
(e). The Tenderers should have an engineer having a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with 3–5 years of experience, or a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5–7 years of experience in the relevant field.
(f). After supplying the materials, they will be randomly selected for lab testing. Only materials with satisfactory test results may be used in the work. The contractor shall bear all testing costs.
(g) The Tenderers must submit with their Tender VAT registration certificate, an Up-to-date Trade License, and an Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provided by the Government of Bangladesh. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
(h) The procuring entity has the right to receive or reject any part or all of the tender.
