Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1833333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. The tenderer must submit satisfactory work completion certificate of 33 KV/11 KV Under Ground Electrical line construction/repair and maintenance works under govt/semi govt/Autonomous organization/PBS amounting not less than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 5 (five) years.
02. The minimum liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) Lakh only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not before the tender publication date in the e-GP Portal. Tenderer those will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for a line of credit (form PW2-7).
03. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 (Ten) lakh over the last 3 (Three) years.
04. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
05. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this Tender.
06. Tenderer must submit up-to-date valid trade license, VAT certificate & TIN certificate with Income TAX return certificate/acknowledgment slip.
07. The Tenderer must submit up-to date ABC Catagory Electrical Contractor License & Electrical Supervisory License.
08. Tenderers who have two nos of similar nature contracts which are under running/ NOA awarded in DPDC will not be eligible for this tender.
