Eligibility criteria:
•The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the any type of works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
•The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 4 lac of single contract of Similar works and related services within last 5 (five) years in any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Organization. i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
• In case of the work done under PWD, Certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned minimum Executive Engineer, (b) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank or Executive Engineer.
•The required average annual construction turnover is minimum TK 5 (five) lac within last 05 (five) years.
•The Tenderer must provide company profile, machinery list and CV of all Technical personnel.
•The Tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 5 (five) lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
•Tenderer shall have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
•Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & other part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
