Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer should follow the instructions below:
The Tenderer shall have valid & up to date trade license and income tax certificate.
The Minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Refilling Empty Fire Extinguisher Cylinder and related service & Goods as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
Minimum specific experience as Supplier in Refilling of Empty Fire Extinguisher Cylinder and relater service & Goods at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least BDT 11,00,000/- (Eleven Lakh). The Tenderers have to submit contract agreement, Payment Certificate / acceptance certificate from the purchaser as evidence of the minimum requirement as above.
Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or unconditional credit facilities shall be BDT 15,00,000/- (Fifteen Lakh). The Tenderer have to submit audit report or Bank statement or letter of line of credit issued from Bank.
The Tenderer must have Valid BSTI Fire Certificate for firefighting Test & refilling work as per BDS 825: 2007 and they have permission to use BSTI Standard mark.
The Tenderer must have updated license for storing Materials as owner of Factory/User from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defense.
The Tender Validity period shall be 90 (Ninty) days.
The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk 45,000.00 (Fourty Five Thousand) in favour of Jalalabad Gas T&D System Ltd. in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order or Bank Gurantee issued by any scheduled bank of Bangladesh.
