Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000000 ~ 15000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have current & valid Trade License, VAT Certifiacte, TAX Certificate with TIN and BIN number.
Tenderer shall have current & valid 1.3 and 1.4 category enlistments with Petrobangla and/or any company of Petrobangla.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Gas pipeline construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 07 (Seven) years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works of 2.0 MMCFD or higher capacity DRS/CMS/RMS under any distribution company of petrobangla in 01 (one) contract with a value Tk. 35,00,000/- (Thirty Five lakh) within the last 07 (seven) years.
The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than BDT. 50,00,000/- (Fifty Lakh) of best 3(Three) years over the last 5 (five) years.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk BDT. 25,00,000/- (Twenty Five Lakh).
The Tender Validity period shall be 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days.
The amount of the Tender Security shall be Tk. BDT. 1,50,000/- (One Lakh Fifty Thousand)
