Eligibility criteria:
(i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in reputed organization with at least [ONE] contract(s) of identical / Civil construction successfully completed within the last [05] years, with a value of at least Tk. 27,63,000.00 (TWENTY SEVEN LAC SIXTY THREE THOUSAND). [Year will be calculated from tender publication date to backward].
(ii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 60,00,000.00 (SIXTY LAC) over the last 05 (Five) years. [In support of average annual construction turnover, Certified payments for contracts in progress or completed during last 5 (five) years will be taken into account. Private oranization certificates must be accompanied by work order or other authentic document].
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 32,90,000.00 (THIRTY TWO LAC NINETY THOUSAND).
(iv) The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 29,60,000.00 (TWENTY NINE LAC SIXTY THOUSAND).
(v) Other eligibility as specified on TDS.
