Brief Description of Package: SUPPLY OF SKILLED & UNSKILLED WORKER IN EASTERN REFINERY LIMITED ON DAILY DEMAND/REQUISITION BASIS.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A Tenderer shall only propose Bangladeshi nationals as Service Provider through this tendering process.
2.Tenderers are not currently restrained due to suspension or debarred from participating in Public Procurement, shall not be bankrupt.
3.CONTRACTOR LICENCE/OUTSOURCING SERVICE PROVIDER LICENCE (form-78), Class A or Higher issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments which must be updated upto 2025. Applied (form-77) or expired licence will not be acceptable.
4.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in public sector shall be 03 (Three) years.
5.The minimum Specific Experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract (to comply with this requirement service contracts cited should be at least 70 percent complete) of Worker/Labour supply (work done with labour like excavation, oil drum carrying, unloading from truck, container handling is not acceptable) completed over a period of [5] years with a value of at least of Tk . 4,60,00,000.00 (Four crore Sixty lac ) shall be required.(Work completion cerificate for skilled & unskilled worker and work order must be attached.) 
6.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk . 1,20,00,000.00 (One crore twenty lac ) over the last three financial years.(Certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed for a period of 03 (THREE) years in public sector must be attached.)
7.OTHER eligibility as per TDS.
