Eligibility criteria:
(1). Tenderer must have up to date trade license, up to date Income tax Clearance certificate, Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.
(2). Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (4.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format (Form PG2-5), Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
(3). The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply printing items of Goods/Books of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 4.00 (Two) Lakh only.
