* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the External Electrification work as Prime Contractor or Sub Contractor or Management Director.
b) The tenderer shall have specific experience successful completion of similar nature electrical/electro-mechanical Work of not less thanTk= 12.00 lac in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies within the last 5 (five) years from date of IFT.
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
2) Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. =30.00 Lac over last five years
3) Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =12.00 Lac
4) Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License (FY 2024-25), Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate for FY 2024-25 (Assessment year 2024-25), Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
