Eligibility criteria:
1. Only e-GP registered Tenderer/Firms can participate to the Tender.

4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund . For this no claim will entertain.

6. The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility & expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
7. Latest GoB circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
8. Arrangement of land for working area or site office (if any) need to be made by the tenderer and no claim in this regard will be entertained. Also the work will be completed by tenderer of his own management of site.
9. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.
