Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000 ~ 900000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1). Tenderer must have up to date trade license, up to date Income tax Clearance certificate, Vat registration /e-BIN certificate.
(2). Financial Capacity: The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the amount which is not less than TK. (3.00 Lakh) only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh . The amount of liquid assets must be provided in Bank Statement or credit facilities according to PPR format (Form PG2-5), Issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender.
(3). The satisfactory completion experience certificate of similar repair and maintenance experience of minimum Tk.[3.00 Lakh] only of at least one [1] contract in the last [5] of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(4). The installation and commissioning of the 3500 capillary system will be performed by the bidder using a certified service engineer.
