Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 300000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 300000 ~ 900000.
Eligibility criteria:
01. The tenderer must have 03 (Three) years general experience of supply of goods.
02. A satisfactory completion certificate of supply and installation of air cooler under govt./semi govt./Autonomous organization/ Public Limited Company amounting not less than TK 2,00,000.00 (Two lakh) only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 05 (Five) years.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK 2,60,000.00 (Two lakh sixty thousand) only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderers who will submit credit facilities from the bank should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for a line of credit (form PG2-7)
04. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
05. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender.
06. The tenderer must submit a copy of NID, Valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate with updated income tax return certificate/acknowledgment slip
07. The Tenderer shall submit Manufacturer's authorization letter.
