Brief Description of Package: Supply of 250 mm diameter uPVC Pipes & Fittings

Tender Security: 600000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE), 5 (Five) years over all production and 3 (Three) years specific experience in supplying 250 mm dia. uPVC pipe and moulded fittings in any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization . (Details describes in TDS)
b) Factory test reports have to be submitted with the supplied goods with the tender.
c) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item [i .e. 1m uPVC pipe x 2 piece, T -joint 1 piece, air vent pipe -1 piece (3.3 meter) and End cap 1 piece] in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document.
d) Production capacity with detailed analysis has to be submitted with the tender documents.
e) The satisfactory completion on similar goods (uPVC pipes) of minimum 2.00 crore under a single contracts in the last 3 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
f) Suppliers/Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting minimum Tk. 2.00 crores for supplying of goods and related services. Financial solvency/ credit facility certificate from a nationalize bank of Bangladesh must be submitted with the tender.
g) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
