Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 20000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 60000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 60000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderers having registered of CPTU .
b) The Tenderer shall be manufacturer/ Supplier having a minimum 5 years overall experience for supply of related goods and services in any Govt. or Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization .
c) Work certificate to be attached with the tender.
d) The tenderer shall have renewed up to date (2024-25) trade license, TIN & VAT registration Certificate.
e) Suppliers/Tenderer must have financial solvency amounting minimum Tk. 2.00 crores for supplying of goods and related services. Financial solvency/ credit facility certificate from a nationalize bank of Bangladesh must be submitted with the tender.
f ) Others term & condition will be mentioned in the tender schedule.
g ) Tenderer shall submit the sample of automatic ground water level monitoring device including Automatic digital Rain Gauge & Temperature recording Sensor sets in Rajshahi Regional Store before submission of the tender document & receipt of sample submission attached with the tender document.
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be fulfilled by the tenderer.
