Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.

* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
(i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in reputed organization with at least [ONE] contract(s) of identical /Civil construction successfully completed within the last [05] years, with a value of at least Tk.10,00,000.00 (TEN LAC). [Year will be calculated from tender publication date to backward].
(ii) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk.18,60,000.00 (EIGHTEEN LAC SIXTY THOUSAND) over the last 05 (Five) years. [In support of average annual construction turnover, certified payments for contracts in progress or completed during last 5 (five) years must be atached. Private oranization certificates must be accompanied by workorder or other authentic document].
(iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.11,62,000.00 (ELEVEN LAC SIXTY TWO THOUSAND).
(iv) The minimum capacity shall be Tk.11,55,000.00 (ELEVEN LAC FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND).
(v) Other eligibility as specified on TDS.
