* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1100000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3300000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1100000 ~ 3300000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. The minimum specific experience of at least 01 contract of Similar nature construction successfully Completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least BDT Tk. 7.80 Lakh (Seven Lakh and Eighty Thousand Taka only) in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD. (Section 7)
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT Tk. 9.00 Lakh (Nine Lakh Taka only) over the last 03 (Three) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP wb portal.)
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT Tk. 11.50 Lakh (Eleven Lakh and Fifty Thousand Taka only). Must be submitted according to the Format PW2a-3.
5. The minimum Tender capacity shall be: BDT Tk. 9.00 Lakh (Nine Lakh Taka only).
6. The intending tenderers must enclose up-to-date Trade License, up-to-date IT Clearance Certificate, BIN certificate.
7. Duplication of documents regarding payment certificate will be counted as the reason of Disqualification.
8. False information or intention of hiding any information will be consider as the reason of Disqualification.
