Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number 2(Two) storied building in similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology whose value is at least of Tk.10 (Ten) crore in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk.16.00 (Sixteen ) crore supported by payment/completion certificates of construction works.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3(Three) crore, which should be submitted in prescribed form of CPTU. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication and submission date of the tender. Letter of commitment of Bank's undertaking for line of credit as per form of tender and contract forms section must be submitted .
e) Any other eligibility mentioned in Tender Data Sheet.
