* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.

Eligibility criteria:
(1) Should submit the valid Trade License (Validity up to 30th June 2025).
(2) Should submit Income Tax Certificate along with the submitted Return up to FY 2023-24.
(3) Should submit VAT Registration Certificate.
(4) Bank Solvency Certificate should be submitted within the Tender Period.
(5) The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line (s), other net contractual commitments should be 15, 00,000.00 (Fifteen Lac) should be furnished during the submission.
(6) Formal Undertaking of being non-Black listed or Debarment in any Procurement Entity from Government/Autonomous Body should be submitted.
(7) The Tender Awardee shall ensure the reach of the supply of the goods at the approved rate at awardee’s own transport cost.
(8) Minimum 5 (Five) Years of experience in the same nature supply of goods and related service is the pre-condition for the Tenderer.
(9) The Tenderer should have the experience of completing minimum 02 (two) numbers of such supply contracts worth minimum 20 (twenty) Lacs BDT within the last 3 Years from the date of the publication of this advertisement.
(10) The Bidder should submit Catalogue of each good mentioned in the schedule.
(11) The Bidder should submit the Financial Statements, Audit Report, Profit -Loss balance sheets of the last 3 (Three) years from the date of the publication of this Invitation.
(12) The maximum Arbitration against the tenderer is 2 (Two).
(13) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject the applications as it deem justify
