* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1233333 ~ 3700000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Having Trade license Valid for June-2026.
2. Having e-TIN Certificate and Income Tax Clearance Certificate with acknowledgement Slip for the financial Year of 2024-2025.
3. Having Vat Registration Certificate (BIN) with last three-month online submission copy.
4. Having Bank Solvency Certificate.
5. Having Bank Statement.
6. Having minimum period of general experience of Five (5) years in the supply of same products.
7. Having the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Same goods of at least Two (2) contracts successfully completed within the last Three (3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25,00,000 (Twenty Five Lac Taka Only) from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. NOA/work order and Completion Certificate must be submitted.
8. Having minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk. 20,00,000 (Twenty Lac Taka Only).
9. Catalogue/Brochure/product overview must be submitted of all items.
10. Having Authorization Certificate from Manufacturer.
11. Having the financial statements, audit report, profit-loss balance sheets of the last Three (3) years from the date of the publication of this invitation.
12. Formal undertaking of being non-black listed or debarment in any procurement entity from government/semi-government/autonomous body must be submitted.
