* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4166666 ~ 5000000.

This Invitation for tenderers is open to tenderers as specified in the TDS
1. Tnederer should have valid upto dated trade licenses (chemical), latest income TAx certificate, Valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency certificate, Nationality certificate, Authorization letter.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to perticipate in the contract, under the applicable law
3. Tenderers must have similar chemical import license/genuine chemical production factorys agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01 (one) similar supply experience otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tnederers must submit 5L sample before 24/03/25; time:- 14:30 PM in the office of Executive Engineer (Opn), Bibiyana South 400 MW, CCPP, BPDB, Habigonj in the suitable jar/ bottle to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non-responsive.
6. Tenderer must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC
7. Tenderer must submit a written commitments that they are commited to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experience.
9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the purchaser wants
