Brief Description of Package: Procurement of stationary goods for operation division of Bibiyana South 400 MW CCPP, BPDB, Habiganj.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer should have the followings:-
1. Valid Trade License, Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-25, VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Tk only) from any scheduled Bank;
2. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to inter into the contract under the application Law.
3. Tenderes must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
4. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders.
