Brief Description of Package: Cleaning and painting of outer part of 02(Two) Activated Carbon Filter, 03(Three) Multimedia Filter (MMF), 02(Two) Mixed Bed (MB), Acid & Caustic measuring tank, Caustic solution preparation & storage tank and different types of valves & pipelines having in the WTP related works.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 366666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1100000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 366666 ~ 1100000.

Eligibility criteria:
A. All e-Gp Registered tenderers in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk Tk.3,00,000 under 1or 2(Two) separate single lot of contracts over a period of 03 (Three) years in the Government, Semi-governmernt and Autonomous institutions shall be required.
2. Tenderers have to submit the valid Trade license, Vat registration certificate, update income tax Certificate and the Solvency Certificate updated in the Lodgment Period with the e-Tenders.
3. Tenderers having quoted price more than10% (Ten percent) above or below of the Official Cost Estimate, the tender shall be rejected.
4. The tenderer should fulfill the other requirements described in the Tender Document (TDS, PCC & GCC).
B. Tenderers shall have to do the works following the instructions given below :
1. Tenderers shall have to do the works by their own efforts as per the requirements of the Chemical Division.
2. Surface preparation & Cleaning: In All vessel, tanks & pipeline must be removed surface Rust / Other matters by Grinding matchine with cup brush. 3. Tenderer must be ensured the painting works with 03(three) coats by brush/roller/spray & 1st coat is by done peimer/Redox , 2nd &3rd coats is done by Epoxy enamel paint.
4. Tenderers shall have to ensure all sorts of precautionary measures and safety protections, etc.
5. Tenderers shall be liable for all sorts of accident occurred in the work places.
6. The Concerned Authority shall not be liable for any sort of accident occurred by the tenderers/workers of the tenderers.
