Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 14166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 42500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 14166666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Interior construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Interior decoration works/interior works/repair and renovation of buildings/construction works of at least two (2) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) lac.
Average Construction Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 60.00
(sixty) lac over the last three (3) years.
Financial Criteria: Financial The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 (sixty) lac.
The Key Personnel required: At least 1 (One) Graduate Engineer of 3 years’ experience or one Diploma Engineer
of 5 years’ experience.
