Brief Description of Package: Establishment of University Innovation Hubs in BRAC University, Dhaka

The works include interior decoration, interior works, electrical works, supply, fitting and fixing and other associated works as per design, drawing and specification.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 16666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 50000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 50000000.

Eligibility criteria:
General Experience: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Specific Experience: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building Works/Interior decoration works/interior works/repair and renovation of buildings works of at least two (2) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1.20 crore (One Crore Twenty lac) .

Average Annual Construction Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.0 Crore (Four Crore) over the best three (3) years in the last 5 (five) years.
Financial Criteria: Financial The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 1.20 crore (One Crore Twenty lac).
The Key Personnel required: At least 1 (One) Graduate Engineer of 3 years’ experience or 1 (one) Diploma Engineer of 5 years’ experience.
