Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 08 (eight) years of overall experience in supplying goods and related services. (Tenderer will ensure that there is no blacklisted record within 08 (eight) years).
The tenderer must have OMR Machine Facilities and Two Color Web-offset Printing machine with in line automatic dye perforation machine automatic number printing machine, QR Code Printing machine and automatic sheet cutter (All these steps must be done automatically in same line and same time of Production).
Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents
The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 45 (Forty-five) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
Tenderers must submit each product sample to PE Office, Engineering Department, Medical Bhaban, National University, Gazipur and collect approval letter from PE and submit in e-GP system. (Failure to submission will lead the Tenderer to become non-responsive).
Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Three years audit report, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in e-TDS, PCC & Others part of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
