Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 8 (eight) years of overall experience in supplying goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (Five) numbers supply contracts of goods and related services within last 3 (Three) years in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
The satisfactory completion of supply of IT related Goods and Services of minimum BDT 15 (fifteen) lakh under 01 (two) contract in the last 3 (Three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM for the mentioned project.
The Tenderer shall have ISO Certification.
The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of Tk. 15 lakh. Letter of commitment from Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents.
Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
