a) A minimum general construction experience of 5 (Five) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in PC/RCC Girder Bridge work of at least 01(one) successfully completed contract having minimum value of BDT 5.50 Crore (Five Crore Fifty Lac) within the last 05 (Five) years.
c) Tender Capacity 8.25 (Eight Point Two Five) crore only.
d) Minimum Average annual construction Turnover of Taka 11.00 crore (Eleven Crore) only for the last 5 years.
e) Minimum Liquid asset of Taka 2.00 (Two) Crore Only.
2. If any tenderer Quoted his rate 10% less or above than the official estimate then thetender shall be non-responsive
