2. The minimum specific experience as a contractor of single contract of similar works successfully completed within last 10 years with a value of at least Tk. 30 (Thirty) Lac only.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 44 (Forty four) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years.
4. The minimum liquid assets shall be greater than Tk. 32.00(Thirty Two) Lac.
5. The Tenders shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 30 (Thirty) Lac only.
6. Updated VAT, TAX Certificate
7.Must have a trade license as a consultant with at least 5 (five) years experience in this type of work.
8.Tenderer must have Enlisted from Survey of Bangladesh (SOB ) & perform topography Survey work has to be submitted.
