2) Up-to-date and Valid Trade License TIN and VAT Registration Certificate must be submitted.
3) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate
4) Up-to-date Bank Solvency Certification/ line of Credit/ liquid assets information must be submitted.
5) Must be registered with RJSC
6) The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be 20, 00,000/-(Twenty Lac) only.
7) Must have BASIS Membership.
8) Minimum one Legal Case Management System (LCMS) software development and installation experience in any Ministry/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Body.
