Brief Description of Package: Supplying Miscellaneous (Sanitary, Painting and Carpentry) Goods to BKSP for the FY 2024-25.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 35000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1166666 ~ 3500000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractor/Supplier firms who have minimum 2 (Three) years of general experience in similar nature goods supply works are eligible to apply in this tender. Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The Tenderer must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, updated TradeLicense, Previous trade license (if required) & NID along with the Tender.
c) The Experience certificate of the successfully completed similar assignments shall be issued by the officer not below the rank ofExecutive Engineer or Concerned officer from a Government or Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
d) The experience certificate of last two years must be submitted along with the tender. Only the completion certificate will beaccepted.
e) If any falsified documents are submitted along with the tender and found incorrect then strict actions will be taken against thosetenderer.
f) Other eligibility criteria will be imposed as per TDS, PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 with latest amendment.
g) The tenderer must supply the goods as per techincial specification following ePG2-3 form. The tenderer must have to submitnecessary samples and take prior approval from concerend authority.
g) The Head of Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject all Tenders or annul the Tender proceedings.
