Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.

* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 460000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a)Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in construction works
b)Having specific experience as a prime contractor in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of 4 (Four) storied RCC Frame Structure Building including civil, sanitary and electrification works worth not less than Tk.11.00 (Eleven) crore in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. In case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be the concerned EE(ii) In case of the work done under any Government/Semi- Government/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district
c)The Tenderer shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk 12.50 (Twelve point Five) Crores in public sector during Last 5 Financial years, from the publishing date of IFT. Related Payment Certificates Must be Submitted along with Tender
d)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3.10 (Three point One) Crore and must be followed by the appropriate format(PW3-7)
e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.13.00(Thirteen) Crore as per formula stated in TDS
f)The Tenderer must posses: i)Up to date trade license. ii)Valid VAT Registration certificate from concerned office. iii)Up to date income tax clearance certificate iv)Up to date ABC category contractory and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board Gob
g)Tender will be evaluated with latest amendments of PPA 2006 & PPR 2008
