Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 (five) years of overall experience in supplying goods and related services.
The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 5 (Five) numbers supply contract of goods and related services within last 3 (Three) years in any Govt./semi Govt./Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
The satisfactory completion of supply of IT related Goods and Services of minimum BDT 10 (ten) lac under single contract in the last 5 (five) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System/Newspaper.
The tenderer shall have Manufacturer Authorization Letter/Distributor/Agent certificate
The tenderer shall have minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 10 lac. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
Tenderers are requested to upload the scanned copy (colored) of original documents.
Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
