* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4300000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
01. The tenderer must have general experience of 03 (Three) years supply of electrical goods/Transformer repairing materials.
02. A satisfactory completion supply of electrical goods/Transformer repairing materials under govt./semi govt./Autonomous organization/ Public Limited Company amounting not less than TK- 8,00,000.00 (Eight lakh) only as a prime contractor in a single contract within last 05 (Five) years.
03. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK- 12,00,000.00 (Twelve lakh) only which shall be supported by a bank statement and the statement will not be before the tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderers who will submit credit facilities from the bank should submit a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for a line of credit (form PG2-7)
04. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
05. Joint Venture/Consortium shall not be eligible for this tender.
06. The tenderer must submit a copy of NID, Valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate with updated income tax return certificate/acknowledgment slip
07. The Tenderer shall Manufacturer's authorization letter.
