Brief Description of Package: Supply of Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4 98%,w/w) for Bheramara 410 MW CCPP, NWPGCL.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 19000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 57000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 20000001 ~ 57000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5(Five) years of General experience in the supply of WTP or DM Plant chemicals;
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4,98% w/w) or WTP/DM Plant Operational Chemicals in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Any large Power Plant of minimum BDT 1,60,00,000.00 (One crore and Sixty Lakh) under maximum of 02 (Two) contracts within last 03 (Three) Years i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. But any contract value amounting less than BDT 50,00,000.00 (Fifty Lakh) shall not be consider for evaluation;
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letterhead pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the supplying chemicals (must be Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4,98% w/w) or WTP or DM Plant Chemicals), contract date and completion date.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 1,80,00,000.00 (One Crore and Eighty Lakh Taka) only. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit must be submitted in the form PG3-8. In Bank Solvency document, the amount of liquid asset must be specifically mentioned and document should not be older than 45 days. In case of credit line facility, the tender identification number and name must be mentioned.
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement Slip/TAX Return Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 22.1 of e-TD].
