Eligibility criteria:
(A) The Minimum Number of Years of General Experience of The Tenderer in Civil Works Shall be 05 years.
(B) (i) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Sub-Soil Investigation works of Tk 1.10 Lakh in a single contract in Government /Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
(ii) In Case of Work Done Under PWD The Certifying Authority Should be The Concerned Executive Engineer and In Case of Works Under any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD The Certifying Authority shall be an Officer not Below The Rank of Executive Engineer and The Same Duly Verified by The Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of That District Under Whose Jurisdiction The Work been Done.
(C) The Tenderer Shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During Last 5 Financial years of Tk. 1.38 Lakh. Payment Certificates for Contracts in Progress or Completed Under Public Sector Must be Submitted along with Tender in Support of Construction Turnover.
(D) The Tenderer must have a Minimum Liquid Assets/Cash flow capacity/Credit facilities/Credit Line Tk. 1.38 Lakh Only and Must be Certified Within 28 Days up to The Last Date of Lodgment of The Tender and must be followed by the appropriate format (PW3-7).
(E) The Tender Must Possess:
(i) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(iii) Up to date Trade License.
(iv) Other Notable Terms are Pointed out at TDS,PCC,ITT and GCC Which Strictly Should be Followed.
(F) Sub-soil investigation report and photosduring the works must be submitted with bill
