Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 36666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 110000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in successful completion of establishment of at least 01 (one) number of 120 KLD Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of same nature, complexity whose value is at least of Tk. 3 (Three) crore in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.
In case of PWD certifying authority shall be concerned Executive Engineer & In case of work under organization other than PWD certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and in case of district outside capital the same duly be verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD.
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk.4.00 (Four)crore .
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2(Two) crore, which should be submitted in prescribed form of CPTU. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication and submission date of the tender. Letter of commitment of Bank's undertaking for line of credit as per form PW3-7 of tender and contract forms section must be submitted .
e) The Tenderer must submit the documents listed in content of tender. (ITT clause 25.1.l serial number i to viii)
