Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
"1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar chemicals supply.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of CW speciality chemicals or similar chemicals in any large power plant amounting not less than BDT 35,00,000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh Taka) within last 03 (Three) years from the date of publication of this tender in double contract.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificates (in letter head) of successful supply. Purchase order or similar documents shall not be counted.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT. 38,00,000 (Thirty Eight Lakh Taka) Only.
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate"
