Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 24000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8000000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Up to date Trade Licence, Income Tax Certificate, Bank Solvency mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset
2. VAT Registration Certificate
3. Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate in favor of Bidder to be submitted along with the offer.
4. An Experience Certificate from any Government, Semi-Government/Corporation stating that they have successfully completed the supply of 100 M. Tons Caustic Soda in One Purchase Order in the last 03 years.
5. Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis must be submitted. Technical Scrunity will be done on the basis of submitted CoA and Sample. Analysis Certificate will include Name & Designation of the Chemist and Certificate Date should not be 15 days older than the Tender Date.
6. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements’ in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" Column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive.
7. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin (if applicable) to be mentioned in the Technical Offer
8. The Bidders have to submit 01 kg of Sample of Caustic Soda within 03 working days from the date of Tender Opening.
9. Delivery Period : 30(Thirty) Days from the issuance of Purchase Order
10. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security eill be forfeited.
11. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed.
