* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 950000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2850000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 950000 ~ 2850000.

Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer have to submit the following documents otherwise will be disqualified:
1. Update income Tax Return Certificate, VAT certificate, Trade License.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least TK. 7,50,000.00 ( BDT Seven Laks Fifty Thousands Only) under single (01) contract over a peroid of last five (05) years shall be required.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working cxapital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be TK.8,50,000.00 (BDT Eight Laks Fifty Thousands Only)
4. Tenderer must have to submit end user certificate regarding supply of  dress with signatory of respected PE. Otherwise tender will be declared as non-resposive.
5. During evalution time tenderer must have to submit sample to TEC. Otherwise tender will be declared as non-resposive.
