* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
Submit updated TIN, VAT, Trade License and Tax Payment Certificate.
Experience certificate of satisfactory completion of 132/33KV power transformer repairing, installation, testing and commissioning works of within the last 05 years shall be required. (Details see TDS)
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities/commitments of the tenderer shall be at least Tk. 60 lac.
The tenderer should have experience in carrying/transporting 132/33kV power transformers with a capacity of minimum 50 MVA.
The tenderer is required to rectify or address any demolition or internal defects in any parts or wiring of the transformer and to perform necessary repairs or reconstruction at no additional cost.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT. 60 Lac over the last five years.
