3. If the Tenderer is not the original manufacturer of the 230kV Inductive Voltage Transformer (IVT), they must submit a Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter. This authorization must be issued on the manufacturer’s official letterhead and include the representative's full name, designation, official email address, telephone/fax numbers, and registered physical address.
