Eligibility criteria:
1) The Tenderer shall have to provide Valid and up-to-dated Trade License, Tax Identification number (TIN), Income Tax Certificate and VAT registration number (BIN) as a proof of taxation obligation, Bank statement as a proof of liquid assets.
2) The Tenderer shall have to provide proper documents reflecting experience (minimun 10 lacs) on related works for last three years.
3) Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favor of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of Bank draft / Pay order from any schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
4) The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per tender data sheet (TDS).
