Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 24000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
As described in the tender document.
Any firm who satisfactorily fulfilled minimum specific experience in similar works (Operation/ Maintenance/Installation/Development works of Cathodic Protection System) of at least 01 (One) contract, successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 60.00 (Sixty) Lac.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 55.00 (Fifty Five) Lac over the last 05 (Five) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 60.00 (Sixty) Lac.
The minimum capacity shall be Tk 67.00 (Sixty-Seven) Lac.
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
a. Valid Trade License.
b. Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.
c. VAT Registration.
d. TIN Certificate & Tax Payment Receipt (updated)
e. Nationality Certificate.
f. National ID
g. Business Address.
Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
No Joint Venture (JV) shall be permissible under this Invitation for Tenders. Tenders submitted in the form of JV shall be considered non-responsive.
Tenderer must fulfill all the requirements regarding manpower and equipment specified in Particular & General Specification of the Tender Documents
