Brief Description of Package: Carrying out Close Interval Potential Survey Logging (CIPS/CIPL) and Coating Defect Identification Survey (ACVG/DCVG) for Bakhrabad-Siddhirganj (30" OD, 60 Km) and Bakhrabad-Demra (20" OD, 68.72 Km) High Pressure Gas Transmission Pipeline.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderers shall have the up-to-date valid Trade license(s).

2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Service Provider/Contractor/Sub Contractor shall be 03 (Three) years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].

3. The minimum specific experience as a Service Provider (Prime or Sub Contractor) in providing physical service of at least ONE contract of similar nature and complexity [i.e., Oil/Gas Pipeline Cathodic Protection (CP) system installation/operation/maintenance/development works, CP related survey etc.] completed over a period of ten (10) years with a value of at least of BDT 47.50 (Forty-Seven Point Five Zero) Lakh shall be required.

4. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of BDT 32.80 (Thirty-Two Point Eight Zero) Lakh over the last three financial years. [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].

5. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 48.70 (Forty-Eight Point Seven Zero) Lakh.
