Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 14833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 44500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 14833333 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
2. Bidder/ Manufacturer should have the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Meteorological Goods) of at least 01 (One)  contract(s) successfully completed within the last 02 (Two) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 12500000/(Tk. One Crore Twenty Five Lac Only). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 35000 (Thirty Five Thousand)
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated trade license.
b) Vat registration certificate.
c) TIN Certificate
e) Manufacturer authorization certificate
f) Bidder needs to submit sample balloon for performance testing as per TEC request.  Manufacturer Proof of Sample balloon must be submitted.
