Brief Description of Package: Sinking and Commissioning of 5 (Five) Nos.0f New Solar Deep Tube Well in Char Land.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Any individuals or Enlisted farms of BMDA or other Govt./semi Govt./ Autonomous organization registered in the e-GP system. (i) who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in TDS (Section-2), PCC (Section-4), Section-5, Section-6 and other terms and conditions of the tender document, (ii) who has updated valid trade license, VAT registration certificate and Updated certificate of income tax clearance (Copy of these documents must be submitted with the tender).
2. The tenderer shall have experience of sinking, Installation and Commissioning of DTWs by Power Rig/Water Jet. at any Govt./semi Govt./ Autonomous organization.
3. All Enlisted contractors shall have Testing and Development (T& D) set.
4. Work certificate to be attached with tender.
5. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities Tk. 20.00 lakh
6. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 17.0 Lac under Maximum 2 (two) of contract(s) over a period of Last 5 years shall be required.
7. The terderer can participate in all lots but one tenderer shall get maximum 02 (Two) lots
(If responsive lowest more than 02 (Two) lots under the project).
All other conditions as mentioned in the tender document should be fulfilled by the tenderer.
