* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must submit Valid e-Tin Certificate, Latest Income Tax Return Certificate, VAT Certificate, Up-to-date Trade License.
2.Tenderer shall have experience suppling similar goods to any Organization 02 (two) contract of the amount at least TK 10,00,000.00 ( Ten Lac ) each within the last 05 (Five) years. (Contract Agreement and Acceptance Certificate / End User Certificate must be submitted).
3.Tenderer must average annual turnover of an amount of TK 20,00,000.00 ( Twenty Lac ) within last 03 years.
4.Tenderer must submit 01 ( One ) Slot type Strainer as per sample in submitted document at Chief Engineer ( Generation ) office, Wapda, Dhaka or PE office within the tender closing date and time. Physical verification/ Quality test of submitted sample will be carried out during evalution process. Unqualified sample trend to rejection of the tender.
5. Site visit ( signed by PE) report shall be submitted along with the tender.
6. Tenderer shall submit a warranty certificate of 06 Months of Strainer.
7. Tenderer must have submitted a written commitment that they commissioning the slot type strainer.
8. Tenderer must quoted Turnkey Basis scope of work and supply with in all respect.
