The Average annual construction turnover of best 05 (Five) years Over the last 10 (Ten) years with a value of at least BDT 45,00,000 (Forty Five Lakh).

The Minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line BDT 36,50,000 (Thirty Six Lakh and Fifty Thousand).

The Minimum Tender Capacity BDT 36,00,000 (Thirty Six Lakh).

Tender must be enlisted with a 1.3 /1.4 Category under Petrobangla or its companies.

The amount of Tender Security Shall be 120000 ( One Lac TwentyThousand).

Tender validity 90 Days.

Time of Work Completion 04 Months / 120 Days.
